Home Buyers Marketing II, Inc. (HBM
II) is a licensed real estate company that provides information
on homes for sale directly to prospective homebuyers as part
of its ordinary real estate practice of trying to provide
ready, willing and able buyers for MLS listings. This is done
through a real estate service of HBM II called Home Buyers
Scouting Report®.
As a real estate service company,
Home Buyers Marketing II, Inc. works cooperatively with other
agents in the local marketplace to help market prospective
buyers until their time of purchase. Working cooperatively
with Home Buyers Marketing II, Inc. has no expense to a local
real estate agent since the Home Buyers Scouting Report is
a free service offered directly to homebuyers.
I have been selected as a Preferred
Lender to help Home Buyers Marketing II, Inc. in developing
this buyer Contact Conversion Service around the country.
My role as a Preferred Lender is to identify and work with
preferred real estate agents who want to work cooperatively
with HBM II in the Contact Conversion Service.
As a Preferred Lender I become an integral
part of helping homebuyers use the Report in matching a comfortable
payment to the price range in which the buyer wishes to search
and buy a home.

(HBSR) is a free home finding service of Home Buyers Marketing
II, Inc. (HBM II) a licensed real estate company. HBM II provides
the Report directly to homebuyers through a secure, password-protected
online service. Information and display restrictions may apply
in some markets because of local rules and regulations.
